ULI’s focus is educational development and educational capacity building of Palestinian university professors and elementary, middle school and high school teachers at the individual, institutional and national levels.
Purpose
A major objective of the establishment of this unit is to d evelop the learning strategies required to position CCE as a center of excellence in institutional capacity building for educators.
ULI aims to lead the research, development and related transfer of knowledge activities required to build CCE's capacity in the implementation and institutionalization of its learning and training strategies. In doing so, ULI will conceptualize, design, initiate and implement education programs with external entities that serve to build communities of practice needed to expand the body of knowledge, expertise, and resources available locally in this field.
ULI aspires to have its established and developed capacity to be utilized as a national address for educational reform and institutionalization of best practices in education.
