Here at CCE, we have adopted a wide variety of innovative techniques to meet the challenges in offering high quality training.
Training techniques vary from, Round Table Discussions, Case Studies, Quizzes and Questionnaires, Games and Learning Exercises, Role-Playing, to E-Learning.
Round-Table Discussions
Discussions are an important part of participants training process. Through Round-Table Discussions, they will have the opportunity to contribute, interact, and exchange experiences amongst themselves and with the trainer. Thus ensuring the trainer that the program meets and responds to participants work demands and conditions.
Case Studies
By analyzing case studies, participants learn how to apply different techniques and skills to unique settings. Case studies have proven particularly effective in the field of training and management development.
Quizzes and Questionnaires
These tools permit trainers to monitor and evaluate every single participant’s progress during their training.
Games and Learning Exercises
This creative technique helps participants to practice new skills in a non-threatening atmosphere. Trainers use games to help participants improve their skills and achieve the highest efficiency possible.
Role-Playing
Role-playing provides participants with the opportunity to create real problem situations that they might face in order to solve. Skilled instructors help the participants understand how these situations occur and how to develop alternative solutions.
E-Learning
Although still under development, at CCE, we have realized and are confident that, the approach of E-Learning (education through the Internet), will make it possible and feasible for participants form remote parts of Palestine to participate in training processes, and receive counseling and consulting services despite of movement restrictions and curfews imposed on us by Israelis. |
