CCE’s Training and Consulting Unit is tasked with managing all of the training programs and consulting projects by working directly on the organizational development and capacity building needs of both individuals and institutions – whether in the private, public or non-governmental sector .
Purpose
The Training and Consulting (T&C) Unit enhances the mission and capacity of Palestinian and international organizations by building the necessary systems internally and enhancing the quality of the professional performance of personnel through skills development, either through training and/or consulting .
Professional Consulting Services
The T&C unit offers professional consulting services in two major areas: management consulting and business counseling services. The unit is committed to delivering innovation with closely working with our clients to become high performance organizations and businesses. With the benefit of our local and international expertise and proven track record, we can mobilize our experts with the right skills and technologies to help clients improve their performance.
