- Cooperation with reputable institutions like Kingston University-UK, Union of Syndicates in Bethlehem has given us access to publishing outlets and resources with stellar reputations abroad.
- The Psycho-Social Unity implemented a mental health within Birzeit University aimed at assisting the university cadre working at the Students’ Affairs Office to improve the services they offer to students and subsequently enhance and develop psychological adaptation mechanisms among the students
- Course Offerings: The unit does not provide short term training courses on a regular basis; however, we offer such courses under certain conditions, including improvement of certain skills or the development of new ones. This was the motivation behind the training workshop on 'Response to Trauma Using the Ethno Systemic Narrative Method'. This workshop was offered to a group working at local counseling institutions, who were trained on the use of a counseling technique based on anthropology.
- In cooperation with ten local indigenous institutions, the unit managed to contribute to the adoption of the Balance Building Document, which determined the Palestinian needs in future mental health projects.
