The highly effective methods utilized by CCE in training participants are participatory interactive approach. Our customized curriculum meets participant’s competencies of problem solving or needs enhancement in terms of their working environment. Through this approach, trainees are active participants in the training process while our professional staff assist them through utilizing their own experiences in finding better solutions to the specific problem(s) they face in carrying out their tasks.
Incorporated in CCE’s training methodology are unique blends of components, such as:
- Needs Assessment
- Continuous Evaluations and Follow-ups
- Immediate Feedback
- Participant-Centered
All of these provide enhanced delivery and quality to our training programs and consulting services.

These two aspects focus on participants’ sustainability of adapting their skills acquired from our training program to their working environment, applicability of training to actual work setting, and the impact on the quality of participants’ performance.
Immediate Feedback
