1.Dheisheh Refugee Camp (West Bank)
ABP’s first center was launched on July 24, 1999 at Ibdaa Cultural Center in Dheisheh refugee camp in Bethlehem through funding from Canada Fund and private donations. It was further supported and funded by Oxfam Quebec and the Swiss Development Agency. www.dheisheh.ps
2.Khan Younis Refugee Camp (Gaza)
The second AB Center was launched on March 30, 2000 in Khan Younis Refugee Camp in Gaza in conjunction with the Popular Committee in the camp. The Khan Younis center was supported through funding from Oxfam-Great Britain and several private donations. www.khanyunisrefugeecamp.ps
3.Jalazon Refugee Camp (West Bank):
The fourth ABP center was launched in January 2001, in the Jalazon Youth Center in the Jalazon Refugee Camp north of Ramallah, through funding from Oxfam –GB (Great Britain). The website for Jalazon was launched on July 5th, 2001. www.jalazon.ps
4. Noor Shams Refugee Camp (West Bank):
Despite the enforced closures and turmoil of the Israeli army incursions in the West Bank (March 2002), the ABP was able to start operating its fourth ABP camp in the West Bank. Starting April 2002, and with the cooperation of the Popular Committee in Noor Shams, Tulkarem, the Noor Shams ABP was operating, with two part-time camp coordinators and computer lab-set up. 5. Nusseirat Refugee Camp (West Bank):
In May 2002, ABP inaugurated its second ABP camp in the Gaza Strip, after Khan Younis. The Nusseirat ABP was launched early May 2002 in The Nusseirat ABP (located in central Gaza) and in conjunction with the Muntada Al-Shuhada’. Oxfam-GB contributed towards this ABP, where the Welfare Association contributed five computers and a printer. www.nusseiratrefugeecamp.ps
