In order to maintain our high standards, we regularly submit our programs for evaluation and improvement . By communicating with trainees and their supervisors on the job, we monitor the effectiveness of the training we deliver and continuously revise our programs so that they fulfill real job market needs.
In addition to the provision of training, we initiate research studies, in cooperation with local and international partners, on a variety of topics of interest to local social service providers and policy makers.
